Return Window

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, contact us here.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your order is marked as an international order in the product info, you are responsible for all return shipping charges, including any applicable customs fees or duties.

Damages & Wrong Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Food items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

Exchanges

Return your item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add additional time.

If 15 business days have passed since approval with no refund, contact us.
